Vegan Chick Pea Mock Tuna That Everyone Will Love!

 

2 cups of cooked chick peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery
1 tablespoon dill
1 teaspoon of lemon juice or 1/2 teaspoon of dried lemon
1 packet or teaspoon of Bragg’s sea kelp seasoning (optional this gives a tuna flavor and is still vegan!)
1 teaspoon of chopped red pepper (optional)
1/2 cup of chipotle vegan mayonnaise
