Vegan Layered Soup
3 large diced onions
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
1 cup of diced carrots

1 cup kidney beans (cooked already or canned)
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup of zucchini
1/2 cup of cauliflower florets
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup frozen corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of your favorite spice (braggs herbs, rosemary, etc)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup shoyu or tamari
Place the onions on bottom of oiled pot with all your spices
add celery next and then garlic
leave it in layers
add the rest of the items in the order above
saute everything still staying layered for 4 min
Add one can of stewed or diced tomatoes
add one cup of water
bring to a boil and then add water to fill the pot up.
This is layered soup!  Do not stir.  Make sure to turn down gas!  Cook for 30 min!  Enjoy!
